What Charithra Does Not Replace:
Unless separately agreed in writing, our responsibility is professional operational coordination of the arrangements confirmed by the couple:
- •Select or hire suppliers on behalf of the couple (the couple remains in full creative freedom).
- •Negotiate prices or enter into vendor contracts on behalf of the couple.
- •Handle direct supplier payments or financial disbursements unless separately agreed in writing.
- •Design or manufacture decorative props, staging, or physical floral items.
- •Provide technical hardware (cameras, audio consoles, lighting rigs, or pyro equipment).
- •Guarantee third-party supplier manufacturing quality or product defects.
